Hill Lodge Residential Care Home

 

Hill Lodge Care Home consists of two old Victorian four story houses, which have been registered separately.  They are centrally heated and full of character with many original features. The home offer 24 hour residential care to people with learning disabilities. Outside there is a well established garden, two patio areas, gym, shed and ample car parking.  

 

The aim of Hill Lodge is to provide a safe, secure and happy home life, where individuality is emphasized, with staff who have time to give attention to small details and who will support Residents to live as fulfilling and happy a life as is possible. They need a home where individuality is emphasised, and where they have the choice of enjoying the company of like-minded fellow Residents Hill Lodge aims to meet needs which may be medical/therapeutic (for physical and mental welfare), cultural, psychological, spiritual, emotional or social.

White Lodge and Park Lodge

These are homes owned by our directors. Each is a 5 bed property which decorated to the tastes of the tenants who reside there.  Each tenant has chosen their own individual room décor and assists in the running of their own home with the guidance of Reachout.

 

ReachOut

Reachout provides support to tenants whom live in the above accommodation.  Reachout care is delivered by Hill Lodge staff in the provision of all aspects of daily life including personal care and supporting with medication, finances and daily living tasks; maintaining personal and social well-being for our clients.  We bring the same ethos as Hill Lodge having an enabling philosophy, promoting active participation in everyday living, where individuality is emphasised and care is person centred.

Due to the success of our supported living projects we continue to expand and develop.
